One of the great things about living in Lillehammer is that you have the winter all around you:
- such as the fact that you have 5 great ski-hills within 45 minutes from the city. This is only one of the reasons why i kinda miss the place, but this time its about Kvitfjell. The Olympic arena from 1994 has grown into a diverse ski-resort with many hidden treasures.

Me under the char-lift..
Kvitfjell has their own priorities. They have some park elements, but this is not where they keep their focus. And, actually I understand them, and I’m also very fond of the days where I skied around there almost by myself. These pictures and this rather random edit is example of one of these days. Good snow, just a few friends hanging out just cruisin!
A 180 from a day together with Ove Nestvold and some other “locals”:
take-off, landing, out-run (i almost hit the photographer)
Some decent snow at Kvitfjell (p: Gryting-09)
